What warranty do I have on Olight products?

Most torches have a 5-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Our headlamps are covered by a 2-year warranty and batteries and accumulators by a 1-year warranty. Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear, impact, improper use or poor maintenance are not covered by the warranty. Read more about our warranty conditions .

My torch does not turn on or charge, what is the cause and how can I fix it?

If your lamp does not work, run through the following steps to check if it is broken.

A. Before using or charging the torch, unscrew the cap at the back to remove the insulation film from the torch and try again.

B. The rear cap should be screwed down firmly. Try wiping the contacts in the tail cap with some disinfecting alcohol to clean them thoroughly.

C. If the torch still cannot be switched on or charged, connect the torch to an electric charging cable. If the light comes on while charging, the battery is faulty.

I am looking for a new battery for my lamp. Which type is suitable?

Always choose the right batteries or accumulators for best performance and optimal use. Every Olight product uses a certain type of battery.

I would like to have my product repaired, now what?

Make sure you send the product back to us including proof of purchase and with the correct repair form . Make sure you send your package by registered post and pack it well.
